Peak Condition Houston is a private Pilates and Personal Training Studio that has been quietly serving the Tanglewood neighborhood for 9 years. Peak Condition is much more than a training studio: it is a concept that its owner Erik Borlasca developed to address all fitness components in each workout.  Because Peak Condition is a private training studio, there are no membership fees and no contracts. You simply pay for your training sessions in advance and that is it. Once your sessions are used up you can renew if you like.  

Peak Condition Houston is NOT a GYM!!! It is a private training studio that allows clients to work in a completely clean, private environment with superior guidance and instruction!

The Peak Condition studio is a 1600 sq. ft. facility whose layout was designed for maximum flow of workout routines, allowing for greater work production and increased cumulative calorie expenditure. The studio is organized in such a way that the client experiences a TRUE one-on-one training session that you will not find anywhere else.

Due to the current pandemic situation, Peak Condition Houston has changed the way it does its group classes. Groups are conducted with a maximum of no more than four participants, and the participants are either friends or family.
